I found these in a second hand shop. Their condition is as new. The intriguing thing is I couldn't find a label for the bag but it is definitely commercially produced. Are these a rare find or are they a common sight? To me they look like treasures as you don't see such culturally produced attire very often in Australia. The Chinese top is made in Vietnam and is black, silver and white (hardly worn) I'd say.
Sorry, but not a good photo! I'll try again sometime. Designed to circle the neck twice joined together with a couple of rosettes. Wears very nicely but not for a hot day. Nice colour red with contrasting rosettes. I could only ask $10.00 AUD. There's absolutely no stitching required except for the join to give strengthening. Just cut, stretch and join! Try this by cutting the T-shirt across under the arms and the hem at the bottom. Then cut in 2 cm widths and stretch. Join with a bit of extra fabric and stitch two rosettes. Great fun! |
